Warranty Against Defects 

If the goods (or part of them) are defective, the manufacturer (Eco Alliance) will: 

  • Repair or replace goods (or part of them) 
  • Supply labour to fix a problem with the service (or part of them) to repair or replace goods. 

Repair, Replace, Refund

If a product of service you buy faults to meet a consumer guarantee, you have the right to ask for a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. The remedy you’re entitled to will depend on whether the issue is major or minor.
